These terms govern your use of this website and any order you place through it. By using the site or buying from it, you agree to them.

This site is operated by Aromawood Trading LLP (LLPIN ACV-3854), a limited liability partnership incorporated in India on 13 February 2026 and registered with the Registrar of Companies, Guwahati, with its registered office at House No. 54, Masjid Road, South Sarania, Ulubari, Guwahati, Kamrup (M), Assam 781007. Nativehill is a brand of Aromawood Trading LLP.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. By ordering you confirm the information you have given us is accurate.

Products and descriptions

We sell packaged food products. We describe them as accurately as we can, including analytical results from government laboratory reports where we have them.

Analytical figures published on this site refer to the specific sample tested, identified by sample number on our Lab Results page. Agricultural produce varies between lots. We test and we publish, but we do not guarantee that every jar will match a previous lot to the decimal point.

Screen colours vary. The colour of a powder in a photograph is not a warranty.

Nothing on this site is medical advice. Our products are foods, not medicines, and we make no claim that they treat, cure or prevent any condition.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees and are the maximum retail price, inclusive of GST.

Prices may change without notice, but a change will never affect an order already confirmed. If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it.

Payment is handled by a third-party payment gateway. We do not receive or store your card, UPI or banking details.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it, and we may decline an order — for stock, serviceability, suspected fraud or a pricing error — in which case you are refunded in full. See our Cancellation Policy.

Shipping, returns and cancellation

Delivery, returns, refunds and cancellation are governed by our Shipping Policy, Returns and Refunds policy, and Cancellation Policy. Those pages form part of these terms.

Discounts

Promotional offers apply on the terms stated where they appear. Where a discount depends on buying a set number of items, returning part of that set means the discount is recalculated on what you keep.

Intellectual property

The Nativehill name and logo, the text, photography and design of this site belong to Aromawood Trading LLP and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Lakadong Turmeric is a registered geographical indication (GI No. 741) whose registered proprietor is the Lakadong Turmeric Cooperative Union Limited, Jowai, West Jaintia Hills, Meghalaya. We reference it to identify the origin and variety of the turmeric we sell. We claim no ownership of that indication.

Laboratory reports referenced on this site were issued by the State Public Health Laboratory, Assam. The laboratory requires that its reports be reproduced only in full.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or any other law that cannot be excluded by agreement.

Force majeure

We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, floods, strikes, civil disruption, courier failure or government action. Northeast India is subject to seasonal disruption, and we would rather say so here than surprise you later.
