Shipping policy

We ship across India, dispatched from Guwahati, Assam.

Dispatch

Orders are handed to the courier within one working day of confirmation. Working days are Monday to Friday, 10 am to 5 pm IST. An order placed on Friday evening or over a weekend is dispatched on the following Monday.

Public holidays in Assam may add a day. If something is going to take longer than this, we will email you rather than let you wonder.

Courier and tracking

We ship with Delhivery. A tracking link is sent by email once the parcel is collected. Tracking can take a few hours to become active after dispatch — this is normal and does not mean the parcel is lost.

Delivery times

Once collected, delivery typically takes:

Metro cities — 3 to 5 working days
Other cities and towns — 5 to 8 working days
Remote and hill districts — 7 to 10 working days

These are estimates from the courier, not guarantees. Weather, festival periods and local disruptions can extend them, and the Northeast in particular is subject to seasonal delays we cannot control.

Shipping charges

Free shipping on orders above ₹999. Below that, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery pincode and the weight of your order.

Our jars are glass with bamboo lids, which is heavier than a pouch. We chose glass because it protects the spice, and we would rather be honest about the shipping weight than pretend it costs nothing to move.

Cash on delivery

COD is available across India at no additional charge. Please keep the exact amount ready, as delivery agents may not carry change.

Packaging

Every jar is packed to survive the journey. If a parcel arrives damaged, photograph it before opening and contact us within 48 hours — see our Returns page.

Addresses

Please check your delivery address and phone number carefully at checkout. A wrong or incomplete address is the single most common cause of a failed delivery. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or nobody was available after repeated attempts, we can reship it once you cover the second delivery cost.
