Every order ships from Guwahati with Delhivery. A tracking link is emailed to you as soon as the parcel is collected.

Finding your tracking link

Check the inbox you used at checkout, including promotions and spam.
The link is sent when the courier collects the parcel, not the moment you order. We hand orders over within one working day of confirmation.
Tracking can take a few hours to become active after dispatch. A link that shows nothing yet does not mean the parcel is lost.

How long delivery takes

Once the parcel is collected, delivery typically takes:

Metro cities — 3 to 5 working days
Other cities and towns — 5 to 8 working days
Remote and hill districts — 7 to 10 working days

These are courier estimates rather than guarantees. Weather, festival periods and local disruptions can extend them, and the Northeast is subject to seasonal delays we cannot control.
